Complaints Procedure

At Mpartners, we highly value exceptional personal service. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with our product and/or service, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. We will then seek an appropriate solution promptly.
In such cases, you can file a complaint with us. This can be done by sending an email to pvleur@m-partners.nl, for the attention of Patrick van Leur, or by letter to:

We kindly request that you include your name, address, and a description of the complaint.
Once we receive the complaint, it will be handled by our complaints manager. You will receive confirmation from us within two weeks of receiving the complaint, including a timeframe within which you can expect our substantive response. We aim to respond to your complaint within 3 weeks of receipt, and for more complex complaints, within 3 months of receipt at the latest.
Are you not satisfied with the solution? The complaints handler will contact you a few days (maximum within 5 working days) after sending the answer to inquire whether the complaint has been addressed to your satisfaction.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by Mpartners' management, you can submit it directly to:
