Mpartners B.V. holds a license as an asset manager under Article 2:96 of the Financial Supervision Act (Wft). This license authorizes us to provide investment services and guarantees our professionalism and integrity. We operate under the strict supervision of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
To comply with the complex regulations for investment firms, we collaborate with the Projective Group, a leading external consultancy. This partnership ensures that our processes and practices always align with legal requirements and market standards.
What began as Melles & Partners B.V. evolved into the current Mpartners B.V. in January 2016. This name change marks a new phase in our history, while our core values and proven strategies remain unchanged.
